Let us show you why the Priority Program is right for you. Credit Upon Inspection Just like it sounds. We will issue credit, repair or remake a defective unit when it is returned for inspection. This can get complicated for products that are not manufactured in our plant such as Silhouette. In those cases the inspection and decision about credit, repair or remake are made by the Hunter Douglas Quality Control Department. For that reason, we strongly recommend that the product in question be returned for inspection prior to any replacement being ordered. This avoids the possibility of a claim being denied and you being billed for the replacement unit as well. A temporary shade is a solution for the client that is reluctant to return the unit. All repairs and remakes are done on an expedited basis to minimize the time the product is out of the home.
