SHOWCASE Alliance

The SHOWCASE Alliance Program is a new level of Priority dealer for 2005. The SHOWCASE dealer is intended to bridge the gap between the Gallery program and the standard Priority program. There will be two levels of SHOWCASE a Store- Front dealer and a Shop-At-Home-Professional. SHOWCASE dealers will be asked to make a commitment for sampling, training, promotions, product mix and brand loyalty.

In return the SHOWCASE Alliance dealer will receive :

· Alustra a new proprietary product line

· SHOWCASE Incentives

· SHOWCASE Only Promotions

· SHOWCASE Web site listings

· SHOWCASE On-Line Training, selling

product knowledge and business practices

· SHOWCASE On-Line E-Mail leads

· SHOWCASE Proprietary Displays

While not for every dealer (only 6%-9% of the

total dealers will qualify) the SHOWCASE Alliance program is an affordable and logical way to separate your company from the competition. This concept has worked very well for the Gallery dealers and we expect the same results with the SHOWCASE Alliance Program.

New TDBU/Duolite
Breakaway Tassels

In an effort to improve on child safety measures, effective January 3, 2005 we will begin using a new breakaway cord tassel on all Duette and Applause Top-Down / Bottom-Up and Duolite shades. This change means that in a shade wider than 72” multiple

tassels will be used to secure additional cords (max of 2 cords per tassel). So in three and four cord shades there would be two tassels in a five cord shade there would be three tassels..

Of course Duette TDBU w/Ultraglide and Duolite w/Ultraglide and Duette TDBU LiteRise will not have potentially dangerous cords. Sell the upgrades to eliminate the cords issues completely.
